So you're more than likely asking yourselves why I'm posting the cover for Let's get It On. Well, I'm working on a new anthology for Lotus Blossom two and decided to use some of the secondary characters from that book. Wish me luck.

I will be so glad when this cold spell breaks. I know I live in IL. but for the last few years we'd gotten away easy and I want it back. Be careful out there and stay as warm as possible.

I have to do some shameless bragging and plugging. The Critic will be released in May and it's my first book that was intended to make you laugh. I of course really like it and think it's funny.

Just in case you thought that was the bragging part it wasn't. Brenda Willis has made a trailer to go with the book. It is the most adorable thing I've ever seen. You have to go and take a look at it. Please, please, please. Okay, now that I've begged you. Here is where you go and what you will do when you get there.

Yeah to me!! I found out this morning that I'm up for Author of the Year and I'm saying and I mean it it's an honor to be nominated. I am in the same category as Beverly Jenkins, Brenda Jackson, Francis Ray, and A.C. Arthur

The picture that I have on today is from my very first book signing. This one is with my friend Anne Banks.

I hope everyone's having good or fairly good weather. Here in IL. we're holding on.

I have to post today. It is so darn cold that there is not much to do here in IL. I am not going outside until Monday. Listen, when the weather man says to stay inside I don't need to hear it said more than once. I do not, I repeat I do not like cold weather.

But let me tell you a freaky thing that happened. I'm in the middle of doing edits on In Blood we Trust. I've had everything that you can think of to happen every single time I've ever done edits but now, guess what? Microsoft won't work. I can't save, move anything or even click out without Bill's help. So I stopped working on my mss and came on line. And by the way, even though Adam and F. D. Davis think they can do it all without me they still need me for the heaving lifting.

You don't have to understand this. LOL. My entire family thinks I'm nuts now. All the fault of Adam Omega. Vampire.
